Assistant Manager – Consumer Insights

We are the sole distributors in Sri Lanka for world-renowned international Toy brands – LEGO, Barbie, Thomas & Friends, Hot Wheels, Matchbox, Fisher Price, LeapFrog, Maisto, Mattel Games (UNO, Scrabble, Pictionary), Baby & Mother Care brand – Farlin, Stationery brand – Faber-Castell and our very own brands – Kids Joy, 1st Love, Plex and Leed.

We are looking for a smart and research-oriented candidate to join us as an Assistant Manager – Consumer Insights.

Duties & responsibilities

Responsible to provide research strategy and a plan.
Conducting research, both primary and secondary, as and when required.
Liaise with external research agencies to gather information.
Develop strong market intelligence gathering & update the management periodically.
Liaise with internal stake holders to identify research requirements.

Qualifications & experience

Bachelor’s degree related to Research or Statistics.
Postgraduate is an added advantage.
1 – 2 years of experience in similar capacity (Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager or Manager) in a research agency or a reputed company.
Ability to work independently & proactively.
