Business Development Manager

We’re looking to hire a Business Development Manager- Stationary, who is responsible for driving business growth within a company. He/She develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

Duties & responsibilities

Create comprehensive business plans that align with company goals.
Analyze competitors, market conditions, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
Identify and approach potential clients, distributors, and partners to expand the customer base.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns, brand awareness & brand visibility campaigns
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Work with the product development team to identify new product opportunities and improvements to existing products.
Manage company Profit & Loss in effective manner.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 05 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, out of which minimum 02 years of experience at a managerial level.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Hands of experience working with ERP systems.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration / marketing or qualification in CIM/SLIM or any equivalent post-graduate diploma.
Good in analytical Skills.
