We are looking for a professional & experienced individual with a positive attitude to join us as the Group Head of Admin, Regulatory & Warehouse Operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible to plan and manage Administration, Regulatory and Warehouse operations of the Group in the most efficient manner.

Duties & responsibilities

Manage functions of group administration by ensuring operations adhere to policies and regulations.
Comply with all statutory and external requirements as and when necessary.
Maintain proper inventory of supplies with attention to budgetary constraints.
Maintain all properties of the group & renew agreements on time and maintain correspondence.
Establish procedures and recommend changes in operational policies as and when required.
Be responsible for coordination with the NMRA when registering new products or renewing registration & other licenses for products regularly.
Handle warehouse operations for TPL to meet operational requirements of the Company.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate would possess over 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
A degree or professional qualification in Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management/ Warehouse Operation or any other relevant field.
Experience or Knowledge in pharmaceutical sector would be an added advantage.
Should possess excellent communication & negotiation skills along with a can-do attitude.
Computer literacy & Leadership skills are required.
