Are you an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with a passion for overall administration responsibilities? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Group Manager – Administration to join our dynamic team and help us achieve our strategic goals, we want to hear from you.

Duties & responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Manage and lead the administrative team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
Develop, implement, and review administrative policies and procedures.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
Hand on experience in ISO process would be an added advantage.
Provide administrative support for senior management as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands full experience in general administration out of which 02 years managerial level
Having completed a degree in Business Administration or a related field would be an added advantage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office. Sound knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
