Senior Executive – HR

The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall recruitment and onboarding processes, handling probations, and offboarding processes.

Duties & responsibilities

Manage the overall processes of Recruitment – Onboarding,
Probation – Confirmation and Off-Boarding.
Manage the Outsourced Staff.
Handle all HR Administrative tasks.
Manage all internal and external stakeholders by providing an exceptional service as a support function staff member.

Qualifications & Experience

Age: below 35
5+ years of hands-on HR Operations experience
(Recruitment, General HR Admin).
Fully or Partly Qualified in a Degree or an Equivalent Professional Qualification in HRM.
Excellent communication skills both, written and verbal in English and Sinhala.
Ability to communicate in Tamil would be an advantage
High computer literacy: Emails (Outlook), Word, Excel, PowerPoint
