We’re seeking a motivated and strategic leader to join our team as a Senior Manager – Treasury & Cash Management.

Duties & responsibilities

Ensure trade investments are done in a manner that yields the best return for the group and SBU.
Proactive contribution, interventions to contribute towards business performance (Growth, Profit, & Cash) and Managing Performance of all Limra Holdings, all SBUs, and all channels within the SBU.
Leading the Growth analytics to identify growth spaces, opportunities, challenges, and gaps.
Engaging with other cross-functional teams to partner with various programs leading to ensuring support and developing winning strategies across the value chain.
Ensure adherence to controls at an SBU level.
Lead and develop the treasury function, Manage all relationships in treasury with subsidiaries and the holding entity.
Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
Deciding on new investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure.
Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.
Ensure compliance with the law and company policies.
Operational bank relationship management.
Liaising with the Group planning to identify, report, mitigate, and document operational, commodity, and interest rate risks (short and long-term).
Document, refine, and maintain Treasury policies and procedure manuals and maintain treasury management systems.
Treasury-related reporting (including forecasting) to/from the treasury and within the treasury.
Working closely with the Director Finance to ensure that the short-term treasury needs of all businesses are met.

Qualifications

Fully qualified in a Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accountancy / Economics OR in with a professional qualification in CFA, CA(SL), CIMA(UK), ACCA(UK.
At least 10 years of hands-on experience in the finance field covering the above-mentioned areas.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Possess experience working with internal and external stakeholders including the regulatory authorities to minimize the risks and maximize the value to the organization.
