Kiddies and Toys International (Pvt) Ltd, is an exclusive supplier of some of the finest global brands of baby care, mother care products and toys.

The company acts as the exclusive agent in Sri Lanka for many reputed Baby care and Toy brands including Farlin, Lego and Hot wheels to name a few. Its’ mission is to ensure kids within the country experience the same satisfaction and joy that kids across the world experience.

Duties & responsibilities

Business Strategy: Develop and execute growth strategies, including new product introductions, in alignment with executive goals.
Client Relationship Management: Nurture and enhance client relationships, gather feedback, and identify upsell opportunities.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various methods like networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
New Product Development: Identify market gaps and work on new product development with the product team.
Budget Management: Manage the business development budget effectively for both existing and new product development.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and analyze data for informed decision-making.
Proposal and Presentation: Create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate and close deals, securing long-term partnerships.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, monitoring key metrics.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product/service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 4- 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Brand Management in a similar capacity.
Degree from a recognized university and a Postgraduate Diploma would be an added advantage.
Strong communication skills both written & spoken.
