Legal Veteran Keerthi Pathiraja joins LIMRA Holdings

An Attorney-at-Law, with over 18 years of legal experience, he is currently also working as Head of Legal & Company Secretary (Assistant Vice President) at Nestle Lanka PLC, prior to which he was the Head of Legal and Board Secretary at Laugfs Group of Companies.

His expertise originates from his demonstrated history of working in diversified industries. Skilled in Litigation, Alternate Dispute Resolution, Advocacy through industry associations, Negotiations, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate Governance, Corporate and Capital Market Laws, Food and Consumer Laws. He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) focused in International Business Law of Cardiff Metropolitan University, and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of West London.
